I get the estimation from the remediation company (It's very high 3 times higher than Trieu estimation). I read all the  reviews about Trieu contracting and decided to call him. He was very fast to reponse,  inspected the damage, and gave me an estimation . His estimation is very detailed and very reasonable. No surprise what you see on the estimation is what it costs.
From the planning to the execution for the replacement of the full flooring, everything was perfectly executed and  time efficient. i am impressed by the quality of the job well done and on time .
Harley and his team  are rare gems in construction. He's honest, hard working, competent.  trustworthy, clean, and time  efficient. The big job was done in less than 2 days  by his team. The result is spotless and amazing.  The worksite was clean and  look brand new.
I am glad and feel very lucky to have met him and hired him for the job. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a repair / remediation and/or alterations  work for your home.
He is the best contractor i had experienced, and I had dealt with a lot of contractors in the past. I would like to give him more than 5 stars if I could.  The past reviews are  right on about his excellent work.  That kind of quality work is very rare in construction areas where you usually don't always get good satisfaction vs. the cost spent for the work. Trieu contracting is worth every penny spent.
